Francesca joined LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, in May 2021 as Sustainable & Innovative Finance . Francesca has more than 15 year-experience in economic and financial inclusion in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Before joining LuxDev, she was Manager of the Basic Needs, Economic Recovery and Economic Inclusion Unit at Humanity & Inclusion- Handicap international. She also worked for ILO, ADA Luxembourg and COPEME. She holds a degree in International Relations from Sciences-PO Paris, a Master degree in Development Cooperation from the Université Catholique de Louvain and a complementary Master degree in Microfinance from Solvay Business School. She speaks Italian, French, Spanish and English.
