This session will explore how investors and fund managers combine -- or blend -- public and private funds to tackle new or challenging social objectives. This includes incorporating technical assistance and other support, as well as using blended finance techniques for demonstration purposes, building market acceptance and comfort among investors for initiatives and social goals that may otherwise be considered too risky or too challenging.
