Patricia leads the ILO Social Finance Programme’s work on sustainable investing and innovative finance. A development finance professional with twenty years of experience, her expertise covers the areas of social and environmental risk management, social performance, impact measurement, and rural finance with a regional focus on Africa and Asia & Pacific.

She serves on the Technical Review Committee of the Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) and the Steering Committee of the Smallholder and Agri-SME Finance and Investing Network (SAFIN).
