Lucia currently works as project manager for ADA NGO. She manages financial inclusion projects in Asia, particularly in Laos and the Philippines, with the main objective of supporting local microfinance institutions in tailoring their services to the needs of their clients, especially to farmers and other stakeholders in the agriculture and forestry value chains. She has over eight years of project management experience, mainly in South-East Asia. Lucia holds a Master's Degree in Development Studies from the University of Trieste in Italy and the Certificate in Microfinance Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance.
