With an around 20 years experience in humanitarian and development sector, Mr. Ashfaque Soomro, has worked with reputable national and international organizations in various capacities. He has successfully led emergency missions to super floods 2010 and 2022, COVID pandemic response and drought emergency response in Pakistan.
Currently Mr. Soomro is leading a national organization Research and Development Foundation (RDF) which has partnership with International Rescue Committee to address the protection needs of climate migrants in Pakistan and extend to them the humanitarian assistance.
He is Masters in Business Administration with certification courses in climate change governance, flood risk management from international universities.
