I am a development finance professional with over 15 years experience in the economic empowerment, poverty alleviation, gender and youth issues space (as a business trainer, self-help groups coordinator and manager). I have over the years enjoyed the high results of economic empowerment initiatives on women and youth entrepreneurs. The power and ability that women have following the financial services access to improve their livelihoods, the decision making power that is instilled by their confidence. I have been actively involved in the development of an application in partnership with MTN through support from Grameen Foundation to enhance the effective delivery to the rural women entrepreneurs in Eswatini.
