Hannes Gräf is Co-founder and Head of Communication and Investor Relations of YAPU Solutions, a German fintech facilitating resilience finance for the most vulnerable in the global South. Building on his background in strategy, communication, and business development, he is responsible for communication as well as investments at YAPU Solutions. Hannes is coordinator of the “Scale for Resilience” initiative, founded by YAPU Solutions together with CIAT/CGIAR and impact investor GAWA Capital. “Scale for Resilience” aims to provide access to finance for adaptation for the most vulnerable to climate change. It forms part of the high-level Champions’ Race to Resilience campaign.
