2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Social Performance & Impact
Room José Ensch - second floor

The Power of the End-Client’s Voice: When FSPs acquire greater insight into their clients’ perceptions of change in different areas of their lives (e.g. housing, income, education health, safety nets) this enhances the efforts of FSPs to improve or innovate products, services and delivery channels using insights from the responses collected. During this session, two FSPs will share how they have been advancing data-driven decision-making based on what they have learned from their clients through the Oikocredit End-Client Survey Programme.
