With MBA in Entrepreneurship and experience of over 15 years in the Banking and Microfinance Sector, Benard has been championing Social Performance as the Head of Marketing in U&I Microfinance Bank, Kenya. Since 2021, in partnership with Oikocredit, he has been a Project Lead in Client Self-Perception Survey project which involves collecting social data directly from clients, analyzing and ensuring data driven decision making to improve clients' lives. He is currently finalizing a certification course with Cerise+SPTF on Social, Environmental Performance Management. Benard is also a Certified Trainer on Business Development Services.
