Owais Shafiq serves as the Senior Impact Finance Officer at Aqua for All. In this role, he collaborates with local financial institutions and impact investors to facilitate the development of finance options for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects through risk-sharing instruments and technical assistance support. Before joining Aqua for All, Owais gained several years of experience working in sectors that focus on positive impact, including energy access, public health, sustainable finance, and inclusive business principles. He has worked with various international organizations, such as the OECD, NGOs, social enterprises, and impact advisors, across India and Europe. Owais holds a Master of Science in International Management and Sustainability from Sciences Po, Paris, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore, India.
