Dr. Galemann has over 13 years of experience in International Finance working for Deutsche Bank AG in its financial hubs in New York, London and Frankfurt with a particular focus on market and credit risk management. Since 1994, she has served as an advisor to microfinance institutions in rural Uganda, developing tailor made performance and strategic planning materials. In 2007, she became an independent consultant in financial systems development with a focus on Africa and Indonesia (www.financedev.eu).
