Dr Jane Feehan has been with the EIB for 15 years, and has just returned from 5 years in Cote d’Ivoire where she was Head of the EIB’s Representation for West and Central Africa. Prior to this she worked as operational lead for the EIB’s innovative Natural Capital Finance Facility, and as a senior specialist on forestry and rural development investments. A biologist and forestry engineer by training, before joining EIB Jane worked on policy analysis with the European Environment Agency, Copenhagen. She comes from Ireland and was educated at Oxford University, Imperial College London and Trinity College Dublin.
