He has been instrumental in change management, digital transformation, and financial inclusion projects.

Peter's achievements include successfully deploying a Digital Field Applications (DFA) solution to streamline field officers' operations and participating in the CGAP Digitization Projects in 2021. This project used AI-driven predictive credit scoring to automate loan renewals, improving credit operations and reducing processing times.
He also played a key role in leading the bank's digital transformation program, optimizing digital channels to enhance stability, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.TECH) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria, and a Master's degree in Information Technology (MIT) from the University of Lagos.
