Elizabeth Mukami is a Livelihoods Technical Advisor with the Economic Recovery and Development (ERD) Unit at the International Rescue Committee based in Nairobi Kenya. She provides support in the design, quality implementation, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of programs across all ERD Technical Unit’s Outcomes and Evidence Framework (OEF) outcomes to country programs. In addition, she works on strengthening the capacity of TU and country colleagues especially on enterprise development and employment approaches and good practices. Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience with private and humanitarian sectors in designing and implementing Economic Empowerment programs, financial inclusion, and women and girls economic empowerment. Her educational background is in Business Management, project management and Gender and development studies.
