This panel session will summarize the work conducted in recent years by investors and financial service providers (FSPs) on outcomes management through the presentation and discussion of concrete examples from members of the Investors AG and Cerise+SPTF LabODD, with the participation of Abler Nordic as well as an FSP from Kenya, Juhudi Kilimo. This session will be followed in the schedule by another session focusing on outcomes management, and particularly on Oikocredit end-client survey programme and how clients’ own perception of changes in their lives can help FSPs in their decision-making processes.
